Procurement Mission Statement

The Procurement function of Business Services is entrusted with the acquisition of all equipment, materials, and services required to equip, maintain and operate its' schools, offices, machinery and grounds. The goal of the department is to ensure the best interest of the District while maximizing the value of every purchase dollar expended through intelligent action and fair dealing.

Customer Service

The Procurement Office provides purchasing assistance and distribution services to our schools and administrative offices, as well as our vendor community, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.

Procurement Audit

The District has completed it's 10th annual procurement audit for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, without exception noted during any year. Read more ...
