RMS Celebrates Red Ribbon Week

Rosemary Middle School celebrated national red ribbon week, October 23-30. During Red Ribbon Week schools focus on educating students about the dangers of drugs. There were many drug awareness events such as pledging to be drug free day, hat day, and a magic show. Students incorporated careers by having a dress for success day. The students were dressed as doctors, nurses, lawyers, and coaching scouts. Dress for success was implemented to show students how positive choices can affect their lives. Students discussed positive decisions and plans on how they can achieve their careers. Some students even dressed in a career of someone who made a difference in their lives. It was such an amazing event to hear the uplifting career choices and plans of the students.
