DHEC and hospital volunteers began giving H1N1 vaccinations to students on Monday, Nov. 2, at Andrews Elementary School. In order to receive the vaccinations, students had to have consent slips signed by their parents. Vaccinations will continue this week at elementary schools and Waccamaw Intermediate School. When more vaccine doses become available, shots will be given at the middle and high schools.
