Poole Wins District Award of Merit

Waccamaw Elementary speech teacher Carole Poole is the recipient of this year's "District Award of Merit" for the Black River District. This is the highest award a volunteer can receive from the Boy Scouts at the District level.  Presenting the award is William Ethridge, Black Water District Executive. Congratulations!
