CATE Students Learn About Careers

The Career and Technology Education February 10 class visited Horry-Georgetown Technical College's Grand Strand campus and the Santee Cooper Power Plant in Georgetown. The purpose of the trip was to expose students to the following programs and business and industry employment possibilities: Electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineering; business, management, and administration; agriculture, horticulture, and greenhouse technology; culinary, hotel management, and graphic arts; and nursing and health science technology.
