Waccamaw Elementary Earns State Honorable Mention

Waccamaw Elementary School received honorable mention at the South Carolina Department of Education's annual State Schools of Character Awards Luncheon on March 10 for modeling and demonstrating outstanding school climate and academic performance as part of the Schools of Character initiative. Ten schools in the state were recognized at the awards luncheon.
