Rep. Anderson Distributes State History Booklets

Rep. Carl Anderson has delivered about 700 booklets on South Carolina state history this month to third grade students at Kensington, McDonald, Brown's Ferry, Maryville, Sampit, Andrews, Plantersville and Pleasant Hill elementary schools. In the past, third graders traveled to Columbia to visit the capital and learn about state history. Those trips have stopped so each year Anderson distributes booklets and shows a brief video about state history to third grade students.
