STAR Students Visit Schools

Recently, eighth graders from the Georgetown County School District participating in the STAR Academy (Students of Technology Achieving Results) went on tours of Charleston Southern University, College of Charleston, and The Citadel.
Students attending from Carvers Bay Middle School were: Shaquetta Anderson, Desmasio Timmons, Naquez Pringle, Shon Rice, Hailey Lindsey, Jasmine Withem-Boatwright, Spencer Owens, Nicholas Owens and Kimberlima Alston. From Georgetown Middle School were: Elizabeth Avant, Cameron Drayton, Trenton Elliott, Annelise Gonzales, Jarius Funnie, Brian Green, Rachael Jacobs andTiffany McCray. From Rosemary Middle School were: Nicholas Altman, Fazion Pushia, Joana Bauer, Joseph Bailey, Tanaze Clark, Kaitlyn Goins, Jordan Cantley and William Freeman. From Waccamaw Middle School were: Nathan Lewis, Tyler White, Queasha Nelson, Deetta Greene, Yobani Rafaela, Petra Sabb, Rayjene Dereef and Myashia Wright.
