Rosemary's Blumetto is Teacher of the Year

Rosemary Middle School's Pam Blumetto, right, was named the 2010-11 Georgetown County School District Teacher of the Year at a banquet May 13. Blumetto is an English Language Arts 8th grade and English I Honors Gifted and Talented teacher. She is being congratulated by last year's Teacher of the Year, Maryville Elementary's Mary Wall. The other four finalists this year were Georgetown Middle's Billie Wharton, McDonald Elementary's Amy Norton, Pleasant Hill Elementary's Sonya Marsh, and Waccamaw Middle's Summer Altman. Congratulations!
