Georgetown Breakfast Rotary Golf Tourney

The Georgetown Breakfast Rotary will sponsor a golf tournament on Saturday, May 21, at Wedgefield Golf Course. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9. Cost is $50 per player, which includes greens fee, cart and meal. The tournament is a four-person Captain's Choice event. Mulligans are $5 each, with a maximum of two per player. Various prizes will be awarded. A $10,000 hole-in-one prize is available to the first person who aces a designated hole. Another hole will be worth $1,000 to the first person who hits a hole in one. Other prizes will be awarded to the longest drive of the day (men and women) and Closest to the Pin. Also winning prizes will be the first-, fifth- and last-place teams. Proceeds from the event will go toward supporting the charitable programs of the Georgetown Breakfast Rotary Club, which includes the Georgetown County School District.
