1. Once the new client is pushed to your computer, after the next successful login the Self-Service Password Reset Registration webpage will prompt you to complete a one-time registration process.

2. Click the “Next” button to begin.

3. Enter your current password and click the “Next” button.

4. On this screen you are directed to answer at least three questions to register. Each response must contain at least four characters. No two answers may be the same. TAB between the answers and select Next when finished. You may enter all 10 if desired. Additional questions answered may prove useful later.

5. You have completed the registration process.
