The 2023 All-County Chorus Concert was held February 10 at Andrews High School. Guest clinicians were Kenneth Bedwell and Dr. Alyssa J. Cossey. Georgetown Middle’s Jessica Guedjo and Waccamaw High’s Mary Grace Kowalczyk were the recipients of this year’s Outstanding Performer Award.
