Hello Sampit Panthers!

This is my 15th year as an educator. I started my career as a teacher at Sampit Elementary and worked there for 8 years as a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher. I transferred to Pleasant Hill where I taught 2nd grade for two years and first grade for 6 years. While teaching, I was able to complete a Master's Degree in school counseling. It was then, I got the opportunity to return back to my first home Sampit, where I get to start my career as a guidance counselor. I am married to Josh Baxley for 10 years and we have two children Halle (8) and Cully (5). We reside in Rose Hill on our family farm. I look forward to a wonderful year and can't wait to meet everyone!

Counseling Services

Individual Counseling - I meet with students upon the request of teachers, parents, or students.

Small Group Counseling - I offer groups on a variety of topics including friendship, family changes, grief and loss, and study skills.

Classroom Guidance - I teach classroom lessons to all students in Grades K-5. Topics cover personal/social development, academic development, and career development.
