In Georgetown County School District, all students are required to attend the school in which they are zoned by residence. Students must reside with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) in order to be eligible for enrollment. Only the parent(s) or legal guardian is allowed to register their student.

Who should complete New Student Registration?
Parents of students who are new to our district or are not currently a student in GCSD.
What documentation is needed?
At least two forms of residency verification are required for registration. You will also need to provide the student's birth certificate, current immunization record, and prior school contact information (if applicable). You can either upload these documents as part of your online registration or bring a copy of them to your school.

Returning Student Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year
Who should complete Returning Student Registration?
Returning Registration is the process that includes providing proof of residence, verifying student information, and reviewing and completing parent/guardian forms for all returning GCSD students. To prevent delays in scheduling your child’s classes for the coming school year, please complete this process as soon as Annual Registration opens.

 How should you complete Returning Student Registration?

Parents can log into their Parent Portal account via a browser to complete Returning Student Registration. Parents click on 2022-2023 
Returning Student Registration in the left-hand navigation bar. If you need help setting up your Parent Portal Account, please contact the PowerSchool Clerk at your child's school.

Quien debe completar la inscripcion de estudiantes que regresan?

El registro de devolucion es el proceso que incluye proporcionar una prueba de residencia, verificar la informacion de los estudiantes y revisar y completar los formularios de padres/tutores para todos los estudiantes de GCSD que regresan. Para evitar retrasos en la programacion de las clases de su hijo para el proximo ano escolar, complete este proceso tan pronto como se abra la inscripcion annual. 

Como debe completar el registro de estudiante que regresa? 

Los padres pueden iniciar sesion en su cuenta de portal para padres a traves de un navegador para completar el registro de estudiante que regresa. Los padres hacen clic en 2022-2023 Registro de estudiante  que regresan en la barra de navegacion de la izquierda. Si nesesita ayuda para configurar su cuenta del portal para padres pongase en contacto con el empleado de Power school de la escuela de su hijo. Como obtengo ayuda con el registro de estudiantes que regresan? Pongase en contacto con su escuela para ayuda o con [email protected].
