November at The Ferry: Growing Confidence and Spreading Kindness 🌟
November is in full swing at Brown’s Ferry Elementary School for the Creative and Performing Arts, and our Bengals are showing what it means to lead with confidence and kindness! This month’s character focus, Confidence, reminds students that believing in themselves helps them grow both academically and personally.
From the Pre-K and Kindergarten pumpkin patch trip to our 5th graders’ upcoming field experience, our students are learning, exploring, and representing The Ferry with Bengal pride. November also brings special celebrations such as Día de los Muertos, Veterans Day, World Kindness Day, and World Children’s Day—all opportunities for students to connect lessons in empathy, culture, and community.
As we head toward Thanksgiving Break, we’re grateful for our families, teachers, and community partners who continue to support our mission of engaging and inspiring every student through creativity and innovation. Together, we’re making this a November to remember! 🍁✨
Parent Reminder: Student arrival begins at 7:05 a.m., and breakfast ends at 7:30 a.m. Please help your Bengal start the day strong by arriving on time and ready to learn. #greatthingsarehappeningattheferry 🐾
