WES Birthday Tables are back and the first one is Friday, August 29th!
● Students may invite ONE adult guest or classmate to eat with them at the birthday table. It is imperative that only ONE adult guest arrives at the school on birthday table days. Our cafeteria has limited space so we can only accommodate ONE adult guest per student.
● All adult guests must be listed in PowerSchool as a contact for the student they are visiting. Please make sure you bring your driver’s license or state issued identification.
● Please don’t bring birthday treats on birthday table days. Parents are welcome to drop off or send in a small store-bought packaged treat or store-bought cupcakes on their child’s actual birthday. Please communicate with your child’s teacher if you choose to send something in for the actual birthday. No large items, cakes, meals, balloons, etc. please.
● All birthday table guests should check-in at the welcome table in the front lobby. Guests should report straight to the cafeteria and leave immediately after lunch is over.
