South Carolina is known for its mild winters, but every once in a while, Mother Nature surprises residents with a magical dusting of snow. For children and adults alike, a snow day in the Palmetto State is an exciting and rare event that brings the community together in unexpected ways.
For our Pandas, a snow day is an unexpected holiday, filled with the thrill of sledding on whatever hill they can find, making small but enthusiastic snowmen, and, of course, engaging in friendly snowball fights. Parents, on the other hand, scramble to adjust schedules, but many take the opportunity to slow down and enjoy time with their families.
It was a wonderful time to enjoy the chilly outdoors with family and friends!
