Ms. Sampath’s third graders spent time familiarizing themselves with their new math toolboxes! Students explored their number blocks by showing different ways to make 10. Then, with support from Ms. Grant, they accepted the challenge to level up and find ways to make 20! 🔢💪🏾

This week, Ms. Gasque wrapped up her AVID 101 sessions and binder setup with our Bengals! ❤️💛 Students learned what AVID means, why it’s important, and how AVID strategies can help them become more organized, independent, and successful learners.
