This week our students had the valuable opportunity to tour Trident Technical College’s North Charleston campus, exploring career pathways at the South Carolina Aeronautical Training Center and the Culinary Institute of Charleston. The tour provided practical insight into enrollment processes and program expectations and included hands-on activities that enhanced student engagement. Thank you to Mrs. Clemmons for leading an informative session and giving our scholars a real-world glimpse into these career pathways.

Hello Bear Family!
From the desk of Ms. Andrada, STEM/Robotics Teacher
Appreciation Post-Lego Robotics Team
We may not have brought home the trophy, but our LEGO Robotics team walked away with something far more powerful—experience, growth, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.
This regional competition, held in Simpsonville on February 7, 2026, challenged us to think deeper, solve harder problems, communicate better, and support one another every step of the way. Our students showed resilience, creativity, and true sportsmanship—even in tough moments—and that is something to be incredibly proud of.
To our amazing team: thank you for your hard work, long hours, determination, and heart. You represented yourselves, your school, and your community with pride. This is not the end—this is just part of our journey.
Special thanks to the Village Group for their generosity in providing the materials we used for the competition, which allowed our team to clearly present and showcase our work to the judges. We are also deeply grateful to the parents who provided lunch and to all the parents who continuously supported, encouraged, and stayed with us every step of the way. Your kindness and presence truly made a difference.
Thank you to our admins, mentors and supporters who believed in us and stood by us throughout this experience. Your encouragement means everything.
We rise, we learn, and we come back stronger. 🚀🤖
