Ms. Lewis 6th Grade Social Studies WICOR Learning Strategies In Action: Inquiry Ms. Lewis’s students were truly engaged in reflecting their knowledge of Ancient Civilizations while creating their own personalized alphabet using “Cuneiforms”! This lesson emphasized Costa’s Level Thinking Three, which encouraged to imagine, create, and apply their content knowledge to make personalized clay artifacts with messages.

Mr. Steve Williams the author of "Harriet Tubman’s and John Bowley’s Excellent Adventure", was our guest speaker today! He highlighted passages from his book as well as provide our student body with a motivational speech centered around perseverance and goal-setting.

College Day Friday, September 8, 2023 We are encouraging students and staff to represent their favorite college sports teams or alma mater, by wearing clothing t-shirts, jerseys, hats, socks, or ties with their logos. Let's see who has the most college or university spirit!
