Our Golden Apple Award Winner for the month of December is Amelia Bellune! Mrs. Bellune is a fourth grade teacher here at KES, and she is doing an amazing job! Mrs. Bellune is truly the epitome of a great teacher. She is always looking for new ways to keep her kiddos engaged and growing! She takes her time to address the specific learning needs of her students, and she is great at building positive relationships with them. Mrs. Bellune has a heart of gold and will support her school and her students in any way she can! Congratulations Mrs. Bellune on being named our Golden Apple Award Winner for the month of December. You Rock!

Everything is due Thursday, December 7th, for the Krispy Kreme Donut Sale! If your form is already complete, the committee would like you to please go ahead and turn it in early with the money, child's name, and homeroom teacher!

Please join us on Wednesday, December 20th, 2023, for the Koala-ty Holiday Program at Kensington Elementary! First grade and third grade will be singing a variety of songs from Favorite Holiday Movies. Check the flyer for times!


Yesterday was a busy day at KES! Our Koala Ambassadors presented their second Community Meetings, and they did an AMAZING job! We are so proud of these leaders and their hard work! SN: they sure do love taking a "silly" photo!





Sneakers and Bowties with the Guys was such a fun event at KES tonight! We sure enjoyed hosting all these gentlemen, and we had an awesome speaker, Mr. Woodrow Nesbit! Please add your photos in the comments!











If you are looking for an opportunity to support our Koala Ambassadors with a Service Learning Project, please feel free to donate any of the items listed below for The Landings Assisted Living Home! Please make sure items are turned in by Wednesday, December 13th, 2023.


Information will be coming home today about the KES Winter Wonderland Pageant, taking place on January 20, 2024. A Krispy Kreme Fundraiser will take place now until December 7, 2023, to help support pageant funds, and contact information is on the flyer. Thank you for your support!

Don't forget about our Veterans Day Program this Friday in the Multipurpose Room. Koalas, please wear red, white, and/or blue to show support! Fourth Graders will be performing and wearing red shirts and jeans!🐨

Our Golden Apple Award Winner for the month of November is Ms. Michaela Harleston! She is a Special Abilities teacher here at KES, and she is doing an amazing job! Ms. Harleston serves as the grade level chairperson for her team, and she works tirelessly to keep her team moving and thriving. She is dependable, smart, and hardworking. It is a pleasure to present Ms. Harleston as our Golden Apple Award Winner for the month of November!
