The 2026–2027 School Supply List is now available, so it's time to start checking off those supply lists and getting ready for a fantastic school year.

Be sure to join us for Meet the Teacher on Thursday, July 30, from 4:00–6:00 PM. It's a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher, visit the classroom, and kick off an amazing year together!

Final Transfer Application Window for the 2026–2027 School Year

The Georgetown County School District has confirmed that a final transfer application window will be open from June 22, 2026, through June 26, 2026, for the 2026–2027 school year.

If you know of any parents or GCSD employees who have not yet submitted a transfer request, please share this information with them. The transfer application link will be available on the district website during this application window.

📢 2026-2027 REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

All students must be registered online for the upcoming school year.

✅ Returning students must provide ONE proof of residency document.
✅ New students must provide ONE Category A document and ONE Category B document.
✅ Driver's licenses are NOT accepted as proof of residency.

⚠️ Students not living in the McDonald attendance zone must enroll in their home school unless the student has an approved Intradistrict Transfer.

1️⃣ Log in to Parent Portal at gcsd.powerschool.com
2️⃣ Select the student you wish to register
3️⃣ Click "2026-2027 Returning Student Registration"
4️⃣ Click "Begin Forms"
5️⃣ Complete and submit all required information
