Attention All Students that are interested in playing a Spring Sport!

Due to the inclement weather and school closures the basketball games and Hall of Fame inductions have been postponed for this evening.

Due to persistent below-freezing temperatures and the potential for icy road conditions, all Georgetown County School District (GCSD) schools and facilities will remain CLOSED on Friday, January 24, 2025. This will be a traditional school closure; no eLearning assignments or learning packets will be provided. Details about makeup days for this week’s closures will be shared at a later date. Additionally, all extracurricular and afterschool activities (including athletic competitions and practices) scheduled for Friday through Sunday are canceled or postponed. This includes extracurricular events and activities taking place within and outside the school district. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff during this time. We encourage everyone to enjoy the last few days of snow safely and only travel when necessary. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Monday, January 27.
