Here are a few reminders regarding Seat Time Information:
At this point in the school year, your student may have accumulated more than the allowed number of unexcused absences during 1st semester.
This means that your child will need to make up any absences above 5 unexcused.
Students can earn back time by attending either before school and/or after tutoring with the teacher.
Every 30 minutes of tutoring counts as one school period.
Parents can submit up to 5 parent notes per semester.
Any other days missed must be accompanied by official medical/legal documentation.
If you have doctor’s notes, etc. that can verify these absences, please submit them as soon as possible to Ms. Hilburn, our attendance clerk.

AHS is proud to present this year's Angel Tree. Students were nominated by their teachers based on their needs this holiday season. Our AHS Staff always goes above and beyond!

In recognition of World Kindness Day we are encouraging everyone to express kindness by wearing a cardigan in the spirt of Fred Rogers or a yellow shirt. Staff and students will also have an opportunity to do a random act of kindness throughout the day!
