CLASS OF 2026: Jostens will be at GHS on Thursday, March 26 from 9:15 -11 a.m. to distribute Senior Supplies ordered from them. You will be called to the Auditorium that morning alphabetically. If you have not purchased your cap/gown, they will have a few to purchase that day, but it is CASH only. It is the same price as online - $92.
Cap and gown photos have been rescheduled to Thursday, April 23 in the Auditorium from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The link to sign up for your appointment is posted in the Senior Guidance Google Classroom. The flyer with pricing information is also posted there as well.

All juniors (3rd year students) must take the WIN Test/Essential Soft Skills Test beginning March 23. Scoring a 3 on all three parts of WIN (math, reading, and data) will make you Career Ready which will allow you to have early release or late arrival next year as a senior.
All third year students are to check the Junior Guidance Classroom for more information about the WIN Test. Testing dates and locations are also posted.

Congratulations to all GHS students who participated in the 45th Annual Coastal Carolina Mathematics Competition. And a huge congratulations to our students who placed. Jordan Reed scored the third highest out of all students in the Level One, Division II competition and Nathan Benton scored the second highest out of all the student in the Level Two, Division II competition.

Each attendance area has a day to spotlight reading at their schools, and Wednesday, March 4th is Community Reading Day for readers throughout the county to participate!
Students will log their minutes at school on Beanstack.
