Attention Bulldog Family,

Please send this link to your players' parents for them to make new profiles for the physicals. BigTeams has merged with Arbiter, so all families must make new profiles. The best thing about this one is that it's just one profile per family. They won't have to make separate profiles for each kid! If you'd like, you can send this message out to your people:

Parents! It's physical time. This is a reminder that we will have free physical day next Thursday. Please have the history page filled out when your son/daughter comes to the gym. If your son/daughter wears glasses, please make sure he/she has them during the exam.

Below is the link where you'll need to register and attach a picture of your physical. BigTeams has merged with Arbiter, so every family will need to make a new profile. Please have this completed before getting the physical as well.
https://students.arbitersports.com/georgetown-high-school

I've posted this to some of the SportsYou pages. I'm getting added to the rest in order to post to them as well. If you could post to any social media you may have will help as well. Winter and spring coaches - yall know how daunting of a task it was this past year to get everything loaded into BigTeams. Whatever you can do to get this process done early will help immensely.

Thank you for all you do to pour into our athletes!

Dear Bulldog Family,

It is hard to believe that our 8th graders will be moving on to high school in a few months. We would like to honor our students with a series of events to prepare for this momentous occasion.

If your student has not completed an IGP Conference, please contact Mr. Nicklaus Cox at the school.

Our Eighth-Grade Promotion Ceremony will occur on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in the GMS Gymnasium. Students with last names beginning with A-J will have a ceremony at 9:00 a.m., and students with last names starting with K-Z will have a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Only students who have passed all four content area classes (English, Math, Social Studies, and Science) will be allowed to participate.

As we celebrate this momentous occasion, please adhere to the following guidelines:
• This is a ticketed event (4 per student). Any person older than 3 years old must have a ticket to be admitted.
• Students will receive 2 additional tickets on Wednesday, May 27, during rehearsal. Students must attend practice to receive extra tickets.
• Appropriate dress (business casual) is recommended for students and guests. There is no color scheme recommendation for this event.
We are so excited to mark this milestone in our students' continuous journey of success. We appreciate your support and look forward to honoring our eighth-grade students with you.

Thank you,

Seth C. Hillman
