Dear GMS Parents, GMS school dance is being organized with clear instructions for both drop-off and pickup, ensuring safety and a smooth experience for everyone. Here's a summary of the key points: • Dance Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM • Drop-off: All students will be dropped off at the gymnasium lobby. • Pickup: o Parents should be in the pickup line by 7:45 PM. o 7th and 8th grade students: Pick up at the gymnasium lobby. o 6th grade students: Pick up at the playground on the backside of the gym. • Identification: o Parents will receive a window placard with their child's number upon arrival. o Students will receive a wristband with a matching number. • Bags: Only clutch or clear bags are allowed. • Security: GMS will use open gate metal detectors. • Cell Phones: Allowed, though all other school rules apply.
